Normality test was performed in the analysis of the data and it was seen that it was normally distributed. While analyzing the data, Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient test, t-test for pairwise comparisons, one-way variance anova test and tukey test for comparisons with more than two groups were performed and the results were evaluated according to p<.05 significance level. As a result of the analyzes made; It has been determined that there is a significant difference between the participants' attention to nutrition, the places where organic products are exchanged, their purchasing status according to the reliability of organic products, the purchase status of organic products because they are beneficial for health, and the preference of organic products over non-organic ones, the sub-dimensions of the perception scale and the attitude scale. It has been determined that there is a significant relationship between the participants' occupations, ages, sports age, monthly income, frequency of organic food consumption and the organic groups they buy. As a result; In our study, “Determination of the perception and attitude levels of the athletes who do swimming in Bayburt province, it has been revealed that occupations, age, frequency of organic food consumption and the organic product groups they buy play an important role in the perception and attitude of the athletes towards organic food. It has been observed that the perceptions and attitudes of swimming athletes towards organic foods are effective on many variables.
