Abstract

Vegetable oils are one of the most important cornerstones of a healthy diet. Vegetable oils, which are so important for a healthy diet, are also used as raw materials for paint industry, skin care products, industrial products such as soap and leather softener. In addition, vegetable oils are used in the production of biodiesel, which is used as an alternative fuel. The oilseeds, after removing the oil are important products for animal nutrition. The production of vegetable oils used in a healthy diet, many different fields of industry, animal nutrition and alternative fuel production has an important place in developing and growing countries.
