Abstract

Agriculture is one of the sectors that has maintained its continuity until today. Polluted agricultural lands and water resources due to the excessive use of inputs used in agriculture cause major health problems for the future, threatening the health of living things. In order to prevent this problem, it should be aimed to reorganize the damaged soil structure by increasing the activities of the organic agriculture system regularly. The development of organic agriculture in our country increases the yield per unit area, allows the producer to gain more profit and helps to regulate the soil structure. Grains are of great importance in organic agriculture in Turkey. In our country, organic agriculture has started to develop gradually in field cultivation. Organic agriculture has started to develop slowly in field cultivation in our country. In some regions, organic grain production is carried out. Organic grain production is carried out in some of our regions. In the study I prepared, the development adventure and current structure of organic agriculture; production and cultivation stages and techniques of organic cereals in our country are given.
