Research Ethics

Kadirli Journal of Applied Sciences expects all ethical responsibilities within the scope of publication ethics. The ethical duties and responsibilities adopted by Kadirli Journal of Applied Sciences have been prepared by taking into consideration the Second Section of the Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Directive of Higher Education Institutions, Actions Contrary to Scientific Research and Publication Ethics, and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines and policies.

All authors accept and undertake these;

• The submitted article is the original work of the author(s) and they have not plagiarized,
• All authors have individually participated in this work and take all responsibility for this work,
• All authors have seen and approved the final version of the submitted article,
• The article has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere,
• The text, figures and documents in the article do not violate the "Copyrights" of other persons.

Kadirli Journal of Applied Sciences observes the highest standards in research ethics and adopts the international research ethics principles defined below. The authors are responsible for the articles’ compliance with ethical rules.

• Integrity, quality and transparency principles should be ensured in the design of the research, review of the design and conduct of the research.

• The research team and participants should be fully informed about the purpose, methods and possible uses of the research; the requirements of participation in the research and the risks, if any.

• The confidentiality of the information provided by the research participants and the confidentiality of the respondents should be ensured. The research should be designed in a way that protects the autonomy and dignity of the participants.

• Research participants should take part in the research voluntarily and should not be under any coercion.

• Harm to the participants should be avoided. The research should be planned in a way that does not put the participants at risk.

• It should be clear and explicit about the independence of the research; if there is a conflict of interest, it should be stated.

• If ethics committee approval has been obtained, it should be stated.
